We offer free shipping on orders $150+ within the USA/APO.
Timeline - Orders placed for in-stock items are typically processed within 1-3 business days. We are a small business, so during periods of exceptionally high volume, processing time may be longer. Our business hours are Tuesday through Friday 9AM-6PM PST and we can be reached at firstname.lastname@example.org if you have any questions!
Once the label has been printed to prepare for packaging, you will receive an email notification with your tracking number and the link to tracking information. Please keep in mind while labels are printed in preparation for packing that does not mean the order will be dropped off with the carrier the same/next day. We ask that you please wait the full 7 business days to reach out to us if your tracking has not updated.
Hassle-Free 30 Day Returns
**Custom orders and sale items are not eligible for cancellations, exchanges, returns, or refunds unless it falls under special circumstances.**
We want to make sure that you’re happy with your items. We we will gladly exchange item(s), offer online store credit, or refund your product(s)* if you change your mind. To do so we just need:
- Item(s) unworn in original packaging and in resalable condition.
- Item(s) unwashed/unaltered and with original tags.
- A filled-out copy of your returns form and registration card(s).
Lastly, we just ask that the items are mailed to be returned within 30 days of day of receipt by the customer. Customers are responsible for all shipping costs. All returned merchandise must be unused and unwashed with original packaging. Any item that has been used or washed is NOT eligible for return. Returns will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment. All clearance and sale items are final and are not returnable.
Please include the online returns form completely filled out with your returned order as well as all materials received with the carrier (i.e. unused registration card, manual, wet bag).
We aim to provide our customers with products of the highest quality standards. If you have received what you believe to be a damaged/incorrect item, please contact us at email@example.com to guide you through the returns process and to help resolve the problem as swiftly as possible. Please note that we’ll need a photo or two attached to the email showing the fault, which will help us speed up the process.
*Returns without an even cost exchange will be subject to a 10% restocking fee to cover costs of processing, handling, and labor.*
Pre-orders are submitted for production immediately upon order placement and are built to predetermined specifications.
Once delivered, special order returns or exchanges due to customer preference or any other reason cannot be accepted.
How To – Naked Panda Designs LLC wants you to be completely happy with your purchase and we hope you’ll love everything, but understand if you need to make a cancellation.
Important Cancellation Notes and Exceptions:
- Custom Orders are NOT eligible for cancellations.
- Pre-Orders are NOT eligible for cancellations.
- Mystery Boxes are NOT eligible for cancellations.
- Sale items are NOT eligible for cancellations.
- All orders that qualify for cancellation will see a $5.95 cancellation fee deducted from their refund.
- Cancellations will receive a refund issued in the original form of payment.
- Free cancellations are eligible only for the period of 1-hour after the order is placed. After the 1-hour period, customers will be charged for the cancellation fee.
If a pre-order or custom order materials have not been ordered or purchased we will allow cancellation for store credit only.
All sales price are FINAL. Sale items are not eligible for cancellations, *exchanges, returns, or refunds unless it falls under special circumstances.
*Final sale items may be exchanged only once for the same print, different size while supplies last. The customer is responsible for all shipping fees involved to complete the exchange process.*
International Shipping – In addition to domestic shipping within the United States, we offer international shipping. Please note that increased shipping rates apply and the shipping price will automatically adjust to your location.

International Shipping Risks – Shipping products internationally has certain inherent risks. The risk of loss and title for merchandise shipped internationally will pass to the customer upon our delivery of the goods to the shipping carrier. Your order may be subject to duties/taxes/brokerage fees/customs/VAT/importation fees which are levied once a shipment reaches your country and or charged at time of delivery. You will be responsible for paying additional charges for customs clearance; we have no control over these charges and cannot predict what they may be and are not responsible for their payment. These charges are not included in the item price or shipping charges. The customer is responsible for those charges at delivery. These should not be confused with additional shipping amounts. The receiving customer is the importer. Usually the carrier will not release a package until those are paid or they (the shipping carrier) may send you a bill at a later date for those fees. Fees vary by each country. Please review and check those before you purchase so you are not surprised later at delivery. Furthermore, customs policies vary widely from country to country, so please contact your local customs office for further information or questions prior to placing an international order at www.nakedpandadesigns.com. Additionally, when ordering from Naked Panda Designs LLC, you are the importer and must comply with all laws and regulations of the destination country. You authorize us to designate a carrier to act as your agent with the relevant customs and tax authorities in the destination country, to clear your merchandise and advance on your behalf any duties and taxes owed by you. It is outside our control, but as always, cross-border shipments are subject to opening and inspection by customs authorities. As required, we may provide our international carriers with certain order, shipment, and product information, such as description, and as such this information may be communicated by the carriers to customs authorities to facilitate customs clearance and comply with local laws. U.S. and International government regulations prohibit marking items as gifts or marking merchandise below value. Even if “gift” is selected on your order, the cost of the item is still stated on the customs form. Customs authorities require us to state the value of the gift item directly on the package.
International Shipping Times – Please understand that international packages will take longer to arrive than domestic orders. Once the package arrives into your country, it will also pass through your customs office which can add time to the delivery. Customs can hold a parcel for several weeks and open up packages for inspections. Usually international packages arrive within 4-6 weeks, yet it can take longer depending on transit times and customs clearance. Unfortunately, there is nothing we can do internally to speed up the process. Lost packages are extremely rare, so please allow sufficient time for your package to arrive.
Foreign Currency Order Costs – All prices on our site are listed in U.S. Dollars. The exact exchange rate that you will pay is determined by the bank that has issued your credit card.
Refused Shipments – If you decide to refuse any shipments from www.nakedpandadesigns.com you are responsible for the original shipping charges to you, any duties/taxes/brokerage fees/customs/VAT/importation fees that are incurred on the package (on both the original and return shipments), and the cost of returning the package to Naked Panda Designs LLC. This amount will be subtracted from your merchandise credit and if the associated costs exceed the merchandise total, your credit card will be billed for the difference. Moreover, you are responsible for expenses associated with packages that are undeliverable due to incomplete address information, no signature on file, or no recipient at the shipping location provided.
Shipping Cost – Shipping costs are calculated at time of checkout based on order size, weight, shipping time and location.
